The location is fantastic being steps away from Ikebukuro station which links you to almost everywhere. The direct bus to Mt Fuji area and Fuji Q Highland also has a bus stop within walking distance. There are also a lot of halal food options in the surrounding area. No shortage of shopping choices either. Rooms are spacious for Japan although the bathroom is a bit on the smaller side. My family had the superior twins and single rooms and they were more than adequate. It has individual aircon/heating controls which I liked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication in English was also not a problem. Bags can be kept with them if it isn't check-in time yet. There is only one escalator which changes direction depending on the time of day. However this isn't an issue if you have luggage or mobility impairments as there is also an elevator from the ground floor to the second floor where the reception lobby is. The Family Mart at the ground floor is also convenient. Overall a better than expected stay.

Hotel was conveniently locaged 2 - 3 mins walk from Ikebukuro Station East entrance (North). There are many different restaurants in the area with several big malls surrounding it. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. The counter staff was polite and patiently helped me along to check-in using the manual check-in counter. They are able to communicate in simple English which was more than good enough. I will definitely return to this hotel again.

Very Convinent Location. Room, Towels and Sheets are very Clean. Easy C/in & C/out with Self-machine. Have a Family Mart right downstairs. The konbini food there is really Good. Ichiran-Ramen is also right beside the next street. Hotel is just less than 3 minute walk to Subway. Parco, Seiibu Department stores you name it all are just a stone throw away. Highly Recommended! Will return to stay again when I get back to Tokyo. A☆☆☆

Location was so important for me because I wanted somewhere convenient. It was super convenient and really easy to get to. I'll go back to this hotel just for the convenience. The staff were also super nice! They can speak English just fine. You can hold luggage after you check out which is awesome. During your stay they change out your slippers, PJs and towels every single night.

The location is great. Not far from Ikebukuro station. With lugguages you can use departmenstore'selevator. However if you arrive out of the department store opening hours you have carry your lugguages upstairs. If you use airport limousine bus you can easily drag your luggages down a tunnel to the hotel.
